Truth: Christ and His Church. Joseph Smith in Latter-Days restored the Gospel of Jesus Christ
David, creator of the above and getting notoriety for many exceptional and inspired clips that are visually appealing as well as containing potent and timely content shares:
Analogy: The water, the milk, and the MEAT.
Truth is Truth… but in varying degrees on how much we can digest.
In the very early part of breast feeding a new-born baby, the mother produces colostrum which is a "watered-down" version of milk with very little fat.. This is important because the baby can not yet handle the milk… As the baby matures, the infant can digest more substance and thus the mother’s milk will increase in it’s content of important nutrients to keep the baby alive… As we get older, we can NOT live on milk alone.. Our bodies will require "MEAT".. Symbolic of more nutrition for growth.
The church’s mission is to preach the Gospel to the "newborns" who have not heard the gospel yet with basic "water" or colostrum-LIKE GOSPEL TRUTHS, and as these new baby saints progress… the church provides/teaches the "MILK" or line upon line…. But evidentially we need to grow beyond the gospel basics into greater fullness. Where do we find it? … WE NEED TO FIND AND SEARCH FOR IT OURSELVES.
However there are many who know that we have the fullness of the gospel on the earth.. and assume that we are actually hearing it. In my quest to learn more light and knowledge and reading profusely, and talking with fellow truthseekers.. I am learning that I know so little. This video was made for and from the book written by my friend, Bret Corbridge about 77 Truths. This is just an introductory clip of some of the truth that is discussed in the book. I hope that you all can feel the Spirit testifying of Truth.
This analogy has helped me realize that just because the brethren don’t teach MEAT.. like Joseph Smith did, is because the focus is to teach to all the Newborns in the world. We have the responsibility to ourselves to seek out greater wisdom, work towards getting out of condemnation for treating lightly the Book of Mormon, leave vanity and the natural man behind and BECOME a Zion People.. worthy to be in God’s presence.
