Case Made by PBS Forum Investigator Steve1957

There are literally MOUNTAINS OF EVIDENCE about what happened on
9/11, from Eye Witnesses to bomb experts, to structural engineers,
it's overwhelming, so I try to sum up some of the key issues, because
you'd have to read volumes of articles and reports to get it all, and
I haven't yet found all the stuff on Larry as yet, but I'll post a few of
the things I do have.

Larry Silverstein, the owner of the WTC complex, admitted on a September
2002 PBS documentary, 'America Rebuilds' that he and the NYFD decided
to 'pull' WTC 7 on the day of the attack. The word 'pull' is industry jargon
for taking a building down with explosives.

We have attempted to call Larry Silverstein's office on several occasions.
Silverstein has never issued a retraction for his comments.

Photos taken moments before the collapse of WTC 7 show small office fires
on just two floors.

In February of 2002 Silverstein Properties won $861 million from Industrial
Risk Insurers to rebuild on the site of WTC 7. Silverstein Properties'
estimated investment in WTC 7 was $386 million. So: This building's
collapse resulted in a profit of about $500 million!

How Could The Explosives Have Been Placed Beforehand?

Ben Fountain, a financial analyst who worked in the World Trade Center
Complex, told People Magazine that in the weeks before 9/11 there were
numerous unannounced and unusual drills where sections of both the twin
towers and building 7 were evacuated for quote ‘security reasons’. This was
obviously the perfect opportunity to place those explosives.

Louie Cacchioli, 51, is a firefighter assigned to Engine 47 in Harlem.
We were the first ones in the second tower after the plane struck. I was
taking firefighters up in the elevator to the 24th floor to get in position to
evacuate workers. On the last trip up a bomb went off. We think there was
bombs set in the building. I had just asked another firefighter to stay with
me, which was a good thing because we were trapped inside the elevator
and he had the tools to get out.
